Russell's at Rensselaer 

We are very fortunate to be affiliated with Rensselaer College in Hartford.  Bruce Piper, Executive Chef, creates innovative menus for corporate clients, students, and staff.  His ideas and menus are constantly changing and stretching culinary boundaries.  

In addition to onsite catering, Bruce was involved in opening the Bistro on campus in 2007.  The Bistro offers a variety of mouthwatering menu items for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  

Kate Nicolay, Rensselaer's Banquet Manager, ensures that both the Bistro and the catered functions run smoothly, exceed expectations, and are beautifully presented in accordance with Russell's high standards.
