Russell’s offers a wonderful, simple griddle of marinated chicken, skirt steak, sea scallops, and smoked pork. Served with a choice of bell peppers, onions, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, Jalapeno peppers, sour cream, and avocado hash for garnish to their flour tortillas.

Black Bean Salsa with Cilantro Spice
Russell’s will offer this spicy salsa as a garnish to your tortilla.

Hydroponically grown greens, garnished with seasonal fruit, dressed in a black currant vinaigrette.

Dutch Butterhead Country Salad
Soft greens, garnished with cucumber, red onion, tomato, hard boiled eggs, beets and garlic croutons. A choice of dressings.

Classic Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce, tossed with our dressing, toasted cheesy croutons and parmigiano reggiano cheese. Garnished with anchovies.

Hydroponic greens, garnished with honeydew, cantaloupe, and watermelon balls, tossed in a pear-mustard vinaigrette. (Seasonal)

Watercress, Aurgula Salad
Tossed with grilled corn, red bell peppers, corn chips, and slivered sweet potato, offered with a soy, lime, and ginger vinaigrette.

Tomatoes and Mozzarella
Layered with a basil balsamic vinaigrette. Garnished with toasted pine nuts.
