Served with a minted aioli.

Grilled Red Snapper Quesadillias
(Miniature). Layered with Jalapeno Jack cheese, aged Monterey roasted chilies
and roasted tomatoes, offered with rustic salsa.

Garnished with marinated mushrooms, lemony white beans,

Mussels and shrimp, scented with peppers, pimentos, garlic, onion, tomatoes, and spices.

Garnished with red pepper relish.

Smoked Black Cod Fish Escabeche
Spicy, offered on fried bread.

2nd DINNER STATION

“Carvery Display”

Char-Grilled N.Y. Sirloin
Marinated with olive oil, smoked sea salt, milled black pepper, garlic and rosemary. Offered with chimichurri sauce and chipotli scented 95 house (garlic.)

Sweet Grape Scented Roast Turkey
Marinated in a Moscatel vinaigrette, offered with our horseradish apple chutney and our lemon thyme dressing. Chef sliced, offered with assorted with assorted breads and rolls for petite or hardy sandwiches.

Fried Eggplant Disks, Eggplant, Red Bell Pepper Caviar
Layered, garnished with an oven roasted tomato.

Stilton Cheese, Drizzled with Port Wine Syrup
