Russell’s is proud to present our creative new appetizer: The Saté or Satay.

The Saté is extremely popular all over Southeast Asia and is famous for filling the streets with wonderful aromas. Our Sates are offered on six-inch bamboo skewers with an inventive dipping sauce. Each Sate is aggressively marinated and then grilled to perfection.

 
HORS D'OEUVRES

Hanger Steak, Szechuan Peppercorn Aioli
Marinated in an aggressive Asian vinaigrette.

Cuddlefish, “Squid”, Mango Horseradish Jam
Marinated in a lemongrass brine.

Prosciutto Wrapped Fennel Dusted Tuna
Drizzled with fig syrup.

Shrimp and Scallion, Pineapple Brine
Offered with a cilantro, spiced peanut pesto sauce.

Cherry Wood Smoked Pork
Marinated in a spicy apple cider brine, offered with our peach BBQ sauce.

Grilled “Rare” Salmon, Crunchy Cucumber
Moscatel, dill and serrano chili vinaigrette.

Sunburst Chicken Sate
Marinated in a passion fruit brine, scented with lime zest, garlic, ginger, pineapple sage, smoked sea salt and Szechuan pepper corns.

Moroccan Spice Crusted Lamb
From the leg, served with a minted aioli.

Black Peppered, Hickory Smoked Turkey
Drizzled with a chimichurri sauce.
